Afternoon Club

This ministry reaches out to the families of the church and the community. It meets every Thursday during the school year for children K-6th grade. The purpose is to provide a safe, loving atmosphere for the kids to hang out in, to help children with homework by offering one-on-one tutoring, and to apply God’s Word to their life through a Bible lesson time.

Meeting: Every Thursday from 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall

Chinese Language School 中文學校

The Chinese Language School teaches reading, writing and conversational Cantonese while providing a loving and caring Christian environment for children, youth and even adults.

Cantonese classes have been offered since 1995 to children from the age of 5 to adults. Putonghua classes were added in 2004 and offered to children 8 years and older. The "Pin Yin" method is used to teach children to speak and practice Putonghua in class.

Sessions begin in September and end in June.

Classes: Saturday mornings

Early session classes from 8:30 AM to 10:20 AM
Late session classes from 10:30 AM to 12:20 PM

Overseas Mission Ministry

We support many organizations through prayer, monetary and material means. We also support individual missionaries both long-term and short-term around the world including the Howe family. Missionaries from CBC have gone to China, Mexico and Africa.
