The Cantonese Couples' Fellowship 夫婦團

The Cantonese Couples’ Fellowship exists to enrich your marriage and family life by providing opportunities to connect with others, developing accountability and fostering spiritual intimacy. The group studies various topics that help you lead a successful personal and family life. You’ll find inspiring fun-filled conversations as well as mutual support in a safe and loving environment.

Couples’ Fellowship meets every second Friday of the month at 6:30PM beginning with dinner, and continuing with fellowship at 8:00PM.

The Encouragers 勉勵團

The Encouragers is a Mandarin speaking fellowship. In this group, we grow in closeness as we study the Bible, pray, and share our thoughts with one another in a safe environment. If you enjoy making new friends, if you feel that studying the Bible with others helps you learn, or even if you just like to share with friends over light snacks and tea, this fellowship is right for you.

We meet twice a month on Fridays. The meeting is held at a member’s home. We sometimes study the Bible together and other times we have special topic discussions at some meetings. Come join us and together we will enjoy fellowship in Christ!

JoyLove Fellowship 喜樂團

JoyLove Fellowship is a Cantonese speaking church fellowship. It focuses on Christians over 55 years of age. The purpose of this group is for believers who come to grow in their quest to exemplify wholly the love of Jesus Christ and for each person to reach out and share Christ’s love with others.

The fellowship has various activities such as practical seminars for the seniors, sharing personal stories, testimonials, as well as learning about special interest topics. The group usually has a luncheon aferwards at church so everyone can have an opportunity to get to know one another better. On occasion, the group also has fun outings too.

M.A.G.N.E.T. 覓理團

M.A.G.N.E.T. (Miracle Age Generation Network Evangelical Team) is a Cantonese speaking church fellowship. It welcomes people between the ages of 30-50. The goal of this group is to become like a magnet, drawing believers and non-believers alike, to build Christ-like bonds through the sharing of personal experiences with God. It provides an opportunity for newcomers and new believers to learn more about Christianity, thus helping everyone involved in the fellowship grow spiritually through the support of one another.

The fellowship meets on the third Saturday of each month, usually starting with dinner at a nearby restaurant, followed by fellowship time at the church. The format is casual. The meeting time not only includes the sharing of personal experiences with God, but hymn singing and other fun activities too. We hope that this format and informal atmosphere will allow newcomers and existing members to get to know one another better so that all become mature, Christ-like followers.

Men's Group

Men's group was established after a few men from CBC returned from a Promise Keepers conference in 1994. They were so enthused and encouraged by the conference that they decided to meet on a regular basis with the goal of becoming “godly influences” in their families and in the world through accountability, integrity, and growth found in the Bible.

The men meet in small group to study the Bible, share experiences, build closer relationships and encourage one another.

Meeting: The 2nd and 4th Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM
